When merging a document in Document Manager, the error, 'Successfully merged 0 documents' can occur.

Log in to MyAccess portal to use the Digital Assistant to contact support. Include the details of the issue. The Support specialist will provide a secure Serv-U link and password for uploading the HSoft\Apps\Mergelog.txt data file for further investigation.
