When you are trying to view the documents in Document Manager or your clients are attempting to download documents from Document Hub, an Error: 'The document is pending scans and is currently unavailable. Please try again later' may occur.
Within Document Manager, the error will show against the Status.
Within the Document Hub website, your clients may experience the Error: 'Unable to download the document'.
If you encounter this issue, raise a new case online so we can investigate. Please include a full-screen capture that displays the document location and the date/time on your computer.
