If your Client Portal end user receives the error, 'Validation was unsuccessful. Please correct the error and try again. This user (XXX) is not set up to use Document Hub. Please contact your Administrator.', when they log in or try to change their password.
Contact your client.
From the Document Hub/Client Portal login screen, check that the Accountants Practice ID is correct.
In the User Name/Email Address field, ask your client to type in their Email address.
Enter the Password and click Login.
If the end user is still unable to log in, contact support for assistance with the following information:
The details the user entered on the login screen (before the error occurs).
The error that occurs.
Log in to Practice Manager Contact and take a screenshot of the 'Document Hub Configuration for' window.
