Login to Customer Success Portal as an existing user with the username as your email, and if you have forgotten your password press Forgot Password.

Once you are logged in from the top left, you will see Company account: Select company account with an action dropdown arrow, press the dropdown arrow and choose the relevant company that you want to view the cases for. You can also create new cases, or reply to existing cases where you have been added as the related contact for that case.
