If you are not able to raise cases on the Customer Success Portal, because there are no products to select, please contact HandiSoft support at 08-9245 0666. If you have a colleague that can log cases on the Customer Success Portal ask them to log a case on your behalf including your contact details, name, phone number, and email address.
