To email a PDF copy of a tax return to a client we need the full version of Microsoft Office Subscription
Note: Please ensure tax return is error-free
Open HandiTax then locate the client.
Click on TaxForms,highlight the required tax form, then click Select.
In the Tax Return Outline, click Worksheets. This will display the tax return and related schedules and onscreen.
Review the content for accuracy as required.
Go to File, Email as PDF.
In the Email as PDF window, untick the Save tab then click Generate. The email screen with the attachment open's.
In the new email window, enter details as required, then click Send.
