HandiTax - Set ATO Credentials greyed out when logged in as Administrator user

If you have Practice Manager Security enabled for that particular year, please ensure the user is added into PM Security and they have the relevant privlidges based on the group they're a member of.

Otherwise if you don't use PM Security, Log in to the relevant HandiTax program using the supervisor password and not the operator password.
This will allow you to access the Set ATO Credentials window.
