Alternatively, you can use the ATO Credential Authentication which was the original lodgment method that used a Keystore file that was provided by the ATO. To use this method, please follow the steps below:
Open the current version of HandiTax.
Click Lodgment, Set ATO Credentials.
Click on ATO Credential Authentication.
Ensure there is a path in the Browse for Keystore file field, if there is none, please click on the ellipses and browse for your Keystore file.
Confirm that the correct credential is selected in the Select Credential field.
Enter the Keystore password and then click OK.
Click OK again to apply the changes.
Close HandiTax and then open HandiTax again.
Attempt a prefill or lodgment in HandiTax.
