The Access ATO Gateway feature enables you to access ATO services that are progressively being added to HandiTax. At the time of writing, this feature enables you to retrieve client account details from the ATO, and view client account information in the accounts tab of the clients and their tax forms and accounts window. Notifying the ATO of your hosted software service
If you have purchased or subscribed to hosted (cloud) SBR-enabled software, you can notify the ATO of your hosted SBR software service providers. You use this digital service provider for transactions to and from the ATO.

To use this function, you need to be the principal authority or authorisation administrator in Relationship Authorisation Manager

Practice Manager Security Users
If your practice uses PM Security, you will need to ensure that the Accounts box is ticked for the groups requiring access to the HandiTax Accounts.
Open PM Security (for the current year), and log in as an Administrator.
Click the Groups tab.
Edit the Users group(s).
Click the HandiTax tab then tick Accounts, Apply, OK.
