HandiTax - Resolving the issue where clients not tagged for lodgment are trying to be lodged

To resolve the issue where only certain Tax Returns are tagged, but the SBR Transmission detail report shows multiple returns transmitted:

  1. All users to close all HandiSoft programs.

  2. Navigate to the HSoft\Apps\SBR\Bin folder.

  3. Rename the Request folder to Request_OLD

  4. Rename the Response folder to Response_OLD

  5. Create new Request and Response folders in the HSoft\Apps\SBR\Bin folder.

  6. After lodging the next batch of tax returns, review the SBR Transmission detail report to ensure the issue has been resolved.

Do you use Cloud Storage?

HandiSoft Software is not supported when hosted on cloud storage devices such as (but not limited to) Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud, and Google Drive.
