HandiTax - Program stuck on loading/start up screen

If the program is stuck on the 'Loading' screen, please work through the below troubleshooting methods:

  • Login with a different username eg. 'ADMINISTRATOR'.

  • Restart the PC.

  • Run the program as administrator. Right click on the executable/shortcut, Run As Administrator.

  • If you've run any recent updates, ensure the updates have installed correctly.

  • If you have any Anti-Virus software, ensure the HSoft folder is added to the exceptions list.

  • Run any outstanding software upgrades.
