Trying to access HandiTax from Hsoft\apps and the Application exe file is missing

If the Application file is missing for HandiTax or one of the HandiSoft modules, check the Antivirus in case the file has been placed in the Quarantine file. Or check your Recycle Bin in case the Anti-Virus has automatically deleted this file.

If the file (eg. Htxx.exe) has been quarantined release this file and exclude the Hsoft folder/directory from the Antivirus program. You may need to refer to the vendor or IT support for more information on how to do this.

If the file is missing from the Apps folder and from the Recycle Bin and Quarantine. The application file (eg. Ht.exe) can be copied from a backup and pasted into the current Hsoft/Apps or it can be reinstalled from our updates page.
