When trying to delete a folder in Document Manager the below error may occur.
This error will occur when Practice Manager Security is enabled, and the user group does not have permission to Delete folders.
To resolve:
The Administrator user can login to Practice Manager Security.
Open the Group the user is part of.
Under the Document Manager tab, expand Edit, the Delete option will be unticked. Tick this option to allow users to delete.
