When trying to open Document Manager an access violation error may occur.

Complete the following to resolve:
All users close all HandiSoft programs.
One user can open Practice Manager or HandiSoft.
Go to Options, Document Manager, untick Use Document Manager, click OK.
Go to Options, Document Manager, tick Use Document Manager, click OK.
Open Document Manager and the error should be resolved.
If the error still occurs, re-install the 'HandiSoft Full Version' update. Install instructions can be found here.
