This issue can occur when using Practice Manager Security, as restrictions are withheld until the Administrator gives you permission to view the new cabinet or folders.

Example: Users are unable to see the new 2021 folder under Firms in Document Manager.

Login to Practice Manager Security as the User Name 'Administrator'
Select the Groups tab and highlight your Users group and click Edit.
3. Select the tab Document Manager and expand Cabinets.
4. Find the new folder and tick the box to be included for your group to access.
5. Click OK.
6. Select Yes to update prior versions of HandiSoft with these changes.
7. Users will now need to close out of all HandiSoft programs and then log in for the changes to take effect.
