Please find an earlier copy of the file OdbImportExportFile.Dat from a back up (located in the HSoft\Data) folder to restore. See the below steps:
Close HandiSoft programs. Navigate to HSoft\Data
Rename OdbImportExportFile.Dat file with todays date on the end eg.: OdbImportExportFile.Dat-XX-09-2022
Restore an older version of OdbImportExportFile.Dat to your HSoft\Data folder.
Re-open Handiledger to see if it has fixed the issue.
This the above still hasn't worked, please see below further steps:
Close HandiSoft programs. Navigate to HSoft\Data
Rename OdbImportExportFile.Dat file with todays date on the end eg.: OdbImportExportFile.Dat-XX-09-2022
Restore an older version of OdbImportExportFile.Dat to your HSoft\Data folder.
Navigate to HSoft\Data then rename HLConversion.Dat to the filename with todays date on the end e.g.: HLConversion.Dat-XX-09-2022
Re-open Handiledger to see if it has fixed the issue.
