Ensure all users have quit their HandiSoft programs and there is a backup available if you're not using HandiSoft Online.

To Rebuild Transaction details follow the below steps:
Only 1 user in HandiLedger (Practice Manager/Handisoft must be closed)
Select the Entity, then go to Tools, Rebuild Database Files
In the Selected Entity data area, tick Transaction Details only
Click Rebuild and follow the prompts.
If you receive an error 'Cannot Rebuild', your rebuild has failed please follow the below steps:
Note: There are 2 folders that require checking for the REB files
Navigate to the Hsoft\Data folder location
In the type column find the files with the type REB
Rename or delete the REB files
Within the Data folder select the WHO folder
Search for the Entity code, click into the folder
In the type column find the files with the type REB
Rename or delete the REB files
Once all the REB files have been renamed or deleted, re-run the Rebuild.
