When a HandiRegister form has been rejected with the error code V097 - Name for this identifier must match the registered name:
Log into ASIC and confirm all the details in HandiRegister are the same.
If not the same, change the details in HandiRegister.
Once changed, redo the form and lodge.
Note: Full stops and double spacing can cause this error.
