In HandiRegister, when previewing forms ready for lodgment, if you have yet to assign a signatory, you will receive the Error: 'Signatory was NOT an officeholder at date of signing'.
Appoint a signatory
Log in to HandiRegister.
Locate your Company, then click Select.
Click on the Office Holders icon in the left sidebar, or go to the Company menu, then Office Holders.
Highlight the applicable office holder, click Signatory, then Accept.
The chosen signatory will display the word SIGN in the Sign column.
Click Close.
Review and lodge the ASIC form.
