In this article, we will explain the error message "Entity mismatch" when transferring client's financial data from HandiLedger to HandiTax.
Open HandiLedger, Select the required entity and click Edit to open the Entity details window.
Check the Entity details are correct e.g Individual or Non-Individual.
Check the Type is correct.
Check the Reference is correct.
4. Open HandiTax and ensure the Clients Detail are matching with HandiLedger.
5. Click TaxForms, New and ensure you are selecting the correct Tax Form Type.
6. Example: If the entity is a Company in HandiLedger, the form type must be C Form in HandiTax.
