Practice Manager Contact, Time & Billing and HandiTax all use the same file to store client details. This file is called Clients.xx, where xx is the year. You can set up new clients in any of these programs, and it will populate basic details like:
Name
TFN
Addresses
Emails
Contact numbers
Tax-related information is stored separately in Returns.xx, so you’ll need to select the tax form type in HandiTax each year.
Add a tax form in HandiTax
Log in to HandiTax.
Highlight and select the relevant client.
Click TaxForms, then New.
Select the Form Type, click Save, then Close.
