HandiTax - The Company name is not visible on the Company tax return in HandiTax

If your Company name is not transferring from the Client Database into your Company tax return, you will be unable to manually key this.

If your client has also been set up as an I (Individual) when it should be an N (Non-Individual), this change will need to be done in HandiLedger.

Change client from I to N

  1. Log in to HandiLedger, Select the entity, and then click Edit.

  2. From the entity details window, change the selection from Individual to Non-Individual.

  3. If the incorrect Type has been set up, change the type e.g. from Sole Trader to Company.

  4. Enter a Business name and Entity name.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Log back in to HandiTax and review the name prefilling to the front cover.
