An error can occur when transferring client's financial data from HandiLedger to HandiTax. To rectify this:
Log in to HandiLedger.
Select the required entity and click Edit to open the Entity details window.
Check the Entity details are correct, e.g. Individual or Non-Individual.
Check that the type is correct.
Check that the reference is correct.
Open HandiTax and ensure the Clients Detail are matching with HandiLedger.
Click TaxForms, New and ensure you are selecting the correct Tax Form Type.
If the entity is a Company in HandiLedger, the form type must be C Form in HandiTax.
