The HandiTax SBR error, ATO.DIS.406004 At least one positive amount must be provided, which is generally triggered when the Dividend and Interest Schedule has been edited to include an Individual or Non-Individual name without any values being entered.
You will need to complete the relevant data fields if required. If the schedule is not required, please delete it from the Tax Return outline window.
Log in to HandiTax and Select the tax return.
In the Tax Return Outline window, highlight the Dividend & Interest Schedule.
Click the Delete button.
