SBR Error: CMN.ATO.GEN.000416 Invalid Non-Individual Name Format
This error means a non-individual name contains repeated characters like hyphens, apostrophes or spaces. Common issues include:
Double spaces within the name.
A space at the end of the name.
Repeated hyphens or apostrophes.
This can occur in the main form, worksheets or schedules.
To resolve:
Log in to HandiTax and Select the tax return.
Delete and manually re-enter each non-individual name.
Check for and remove repeated characters.
Make sure there are no trailing spaces.
After each change, revalidate the form to check for errors.
