The SBR error CMN.ATO.GEN.000410 Suburb/Town/City cannot contain numeric characters (AddressDetails.LocalityName.Text).
This error appears when there’s an invalid character in the Suburb, Town or City field of the tax form. Common triggers include:
Numbers
Hyphens
Apostrophes
Space characters
Double spaces within the name
A space at the end of the name
Check the client’s address details and remove any invalid characters from the fields. Once corrected, the error will clear.
