HandiLedger - Create an asset when the value already exists in the schedule in HandiLedger

In HandiLedger, depreciation schedules contain your client's assets. When an asset is incorrectly deleted, the following values already exist schedule X asset X error message can occur.

If you experience this issue when entering a new asset, raise a support query using the Digital Assistant in MyAccess portal and include:

  • A screenshot of the error.

  • Advise which asset schedule and the next available asset number.

A support specialist will assist with resolving the error.
