Access Handisoft

If you receive the error 'Unable to load library: IPEdge.dll', some required application files are missing from your HandiSoft installation folder. Follow the steps below to replace the files and restore ASIC transmission functionality.

Ensure all users are logged out of HandiRegister.

You must have permission to modify files in the HandiSoft installation folder.

Download the replacement files from the following link:

Open File Explorer and open the default download location.

Double-click the ZIP file, then choose Extract all.

Click Browse, locate the installation folder HSoft\Apps, click Select Folder, and then click Extract.

Close File Explorer and log in to HandiRegister.

3. Download the replacement files from the following link:

4. Click Download All.
5. Open File Explorer and open the default download location.
6. Double-click the ZIP file, then choose Extract all. 
7. Click Browse, locate the installation folder HSoft\Apps, click Select Folder, and then click Extract.
8. Close File Explorer and log in to HandiRegister.
9. Attempt the ASIC transmission again.
