HandiRegister - Lodgment options are greyed out in HandiRegister

In HandiRegister under the Lodgment menu, the lodgment options may be greyed out.

  • Modem Transmission

  • Retrieve Reports/Data Download

  • View ASIC Received Files

    Lodgment options are greyed-out
  1. Go to Options, EDGE Setup, Agent Info tab.

  2. Does the Registered Agent Number show in this window? if not, download a new index file.

  3. Go to Tools, Copy a New HandiSoft Index File, and click OK to download.

  4. Restart the program for the new index file to take effect.
