Request or re-issue an annual statement

The following sets out the annual statement availability using the EDGE system with HandiRegister and the implications of accessing the information using your ASIC Agent Portal.

​Annual Statement​

  • Annual statements are available in EDGE for 30 days after issue. After that, the agent has to lodge an RA71 to request a re-issue.

  • In the portal, the annual statement is available for 60 days, and there is no re-issue option.

  • If an annual statement is downloaded from EDGE first, the agent can still retrieve it from the inbox on the portal.

  • If the annual statement is downloaded from the portal first, it is no longer available from EDGE unless the agent requests a re-issue by RA71.

Re-Issue Annual Statement

  1. Log in to HandiRegister.

  2. Select the Company.

  3. From the top menu, Lodgment, Modem transmission, RA71, Lodge.

  4. Select, Currently selected company.

  5. Under Request type, Re-issue Annual statement for details.

  6. Under Declaration, select Agent is authorised to request an RA72.

  7. Wait a few minutes, Lodgment, Retrieve Reports/Data Downloads.

  8. You will receive the Annual statement for the company.
