In HandiRegister, you can easily switch your gateway to use the EDGESECD for your lodgments if ASIC experience EDGE system errors.
Important: Users may try and lodge using the secondary gateway; it is important to switch back to the primary gateway to ensure you receive your annual invoices/statements.
Log in to HandiRegister.
From the Options menu, click EDGE Setup.
Change the DTOM setting from .EDGEPRIM to .EDGESECD (or back to .EDGEPRIM if it is already on .EDGESECD)
Select Apply, Ok.
When you have completed your lodgments, change your gateway back to .EDGEPRIM, as this is your Primary DTOM.
