Time+Billing - Data Integrity Check in Time+Billing

Updated this week

Note: It is advised that an Integrity Check should only be run if suggested by a HandiSoft Support Consultant.

If you want to run a database integrity check to check the stability of your Time+Billing database, read the instructions below carefully.

  • This should be run on the server, as this is generally the quickest machine.

  • This will take a number of hours to perform and is not quick.

  • Ensure a suitable backup has been made before completing this process.

  • All users must close out of all HandiSoft programs during the duration of the Integrity Check.

  • You may prefer to run this over a weekend on a machine that can be left running.

  • Raise a new case online and request a date-specific password to complete this process.
