HandiSoft Online (on Access Evo) - Blurry Screen when using Citrix in HandiSoft Online

Some users may experience a blurry or fuzzy display when accessing HandiSoft Online through Citrix Workspace. This issue is typically related to the version of Citrix installed on the workstation.

Recent versions of Citrix Workspace may introduce display scaling conflicts with HandiSoft Online, resulting in blurred visuals. Rolling back to a previous version resolves the problem.

To resolve the blurry screen

  1. Check your Windows Display Settings and ensure the scaling is set to 100% resolution.

  2. Uninstall the current Citrix version by opening your computer's Control Panel, Programs and Features.

  3. Locate Citrix Workspace in the list.

  4. Right‑click and select Uninstall.

  5. Follow the prompts to complete the removal.

  6. Select the header called Earlier versions of Workspace for Windows CR.

  7. Download the installer file.
    Note: Ensure you have administrator rights to uninstall and install software.

  8. Run the downloaded installer and follow the on‑screen instructions to complete the installation.

  9. Clear your browsing history.

  10. Log in to HandiSoft Online.

  11. Confirm that the screen display is now clear and sharp.
