The Page Setup section is used to ensure the correct printing of forms, reports, documents and mailing labels. You may specify the printer, paper size, paper orientation and margins.

These settings are user-specific, this means that each user in your firm can have the options set up to their own specific requirements.

HandiSoft programs default printer
Open your HandiSoft program.
From the Options menu, click Page Setup.
Drop-down the arrow next to the Printer and select your default printer.
Click OK to save the changes.
Note: This process needs to be done once by each user in every HandiSoft program that your firm is licenced for.
HandiTax Print Returns default printer
Log in to HandiTax.
Click Print Returns icon on the left-hand side menu bar.
Select Printer options.
Drop-down the arrow Name: select your default printer, OK.
Click OK to print your tax returns.
Note: If you are a HandiSoft Online user, setup your default printer.
