When trying to access a menu or field within the HandiSoft modules, a HandiSoft Security message can occur when the permissions are set against a user in Practice Manager Security.

In the example below, user Test is trying to add a new tax form to a client in HandiTax.
To resolve this message:
Have an Administrator user log in to Practice Manager Security.
On the Users tab, in the Member Of column, check what Group the user is part of. This user is part of the Test group.
On the Groups tab, double-click the Test group to open the Properties window for that group.
Find the relevant option as shown in the error.
In this example: HandiTax, Client; Open Clients/Tax Forms; TaxForms; New/Edit.
Tick the option and click OK to save the change.
The user will need to restart the relevant HandiSoft module for the new permission to take effect.
