The HandiSoft Support analyst may request your Time+Billing data to assist in resolving a complex issue.

Follow these instructions to upload your Time+Billing data to the Access HandiSoft support team.
Browse to the HSoft\Data folder.
Select:
All HM files (listed below)
Clients.NN (where NN represents the current year i.e. Clients.25)
HctJobFlow.Dat
HctJobFlowArchive.Dat
Options.Dat
Zip the files by right-clicking on the highlighted files, Send To, Compressed (zipped) file.
Find the created zip file and rename it to your client ref code e.g. AAAA0001.zip.
Open our Exavault to upload the data.
Follow the prompts in the Exavault window to enter your name and email address.
In the Subject field please enter the name of the consultant who requested the data, your client ref code and case number. e.g. βAttn Support Consultant: AAAA0001, Case 123456789β.
In the 'Message' section please enter the name of the file you're uploading.
Upload the Zip file using the Add Files button or drag and drop it into the section. Note: You should only upload 1 file.
Click on Send Files.
You will receive a confirmation email once the file has been successfully uploaded.
