The HandiSoft Support analyst may request your Time+Billing data via Serv-U to assist in resolving a complex issue.

Follow these instructions to upload your Time+Billing data to the Access HandiSoft support team.
Browse to the HSoft\Data folder.
Select:
All HM files (listed below)
Clients.NN (where NN represents the current year i.e. Clients.25)
HctJobFlow.Dat
HctJobFlowArchive.Dat
Options.Dat
Zip the files by right-clicking on the highlighted files, Send To, Compressed (zipped) file.
Find the created zip file and rename it to your client ref code e.g. AAAA0001.zip.
Use the link and password sent by the Support specialist to upload the required data files.
Note: Serv-U data is automatically deleted after fourteen days.
