Time+Billing - Timesheets to be viewed and posted by Administrator in Time+Billing

If timesheets are required to be reviewed before posting, you can limit the options in the Staff Detailed screen.

  1. Log in to Time+Billing.

  2. Go to View, Staff, select the required staff member, click Edit.

  3. Within the Staff Detail window, tick Checking Required Before Posting, Save.

To limit the permissions for Users/Staff viewing Staff details, the Administrator user can do this within Practice Manager Security.

  1. Log in to Practice Manager Security.

  2. Click Groups in the access panel, select the required Group, Edit.

  3. Select the Time+Billing tab, expand View, expand Staff.

  4. If you require the Users/Staff to have no access to the Staff details, untick Staff or if you prefer to limit access, untick the required boxes to suit your requirements.
