Time+Billing - Set up a new User and Staff in Time+Billing

When a new user comes on board to use Time+Billing they must be set up in two areas.​

  • Users.

  • Staff.

Users

  1. Log in to Time+Billing.

  2. Go to the View menu and select Users.

  3. Click New.

  4. Add the relevant details and click Save.

Staff

  1. Log in to Time+Billing.

  2. Go to the View menu and select Staff.

  3. Click New.

  4. In the Ref field, type in the same username as above.

  5. Add the other relevant details and click Save.

When a user leaves your firm, they must be resigned from the same areas.
