When a new user comes on board to use Time+Billing they must be set up in two areas.β
Users.
Staff.
Users
Log in to Time+Billing.
Go to the View menu and select Users.
Click New.
Add the relevant details and click Save.
Staff
Log in to Time+Billing.
Go to the View menu and select Staff.
Click New.
In the Ref field, type in the same username as above.
Add the other relevant details and click Save.
When a user leaves your firm, they must be resigned from the same areas.
