Time+Billing - Resign a staff member in Time+Billing

Staff members can be resigned in the program as follows:

  1. In Time+Billing, go to View, Staff.

  2. In the Staff window, highlight the staff member's name, then click Edit.

  3. Mark the staff member as Resigned and enter a Resignation Date. Example as follows.

  4. On the Staff window, untick 'Show Resigned' to remove any resigned staff from displaying in this window.

Note: The staff member's name will continue to appear in the timesheet staff drop-down menu until the day after their resignation. The reason for this is that they may still need to complete a timesheet on their last day.
