If your HandiConnect is not working, you need to update the URL in the options menu.
Log in to Practice Manager Contact
Click Options, then Connected Services settings.
If the current URL in your Server network name: cloud1.sagehandisoft.com.au, change the Sever network name to the URL: connect.handisoft.com.au.
Click OK.
You will need to restart the HandiSoft Data Link Client service on the PC or server where the HandiConnect service is running.
