Changing a document description
In Access Document Manager, double-click the Cabinet, Drawer, and then the Folder containing the Document.
Right click on the Document you wish to change.
From the Drop-down menu, click Details.
On the Document Details window change the description in the Description field and click Save and Close.

NOTE: Changing a Document's name through the Details window will change the document name in the file system.
Changing a document password
In Access Document Manager, double-click the Cabinet, Drawer, and then the Folder containing the Document.
Right click on the Document you wish to change.
From the Drop-down menu, click Details.
On the Document Details window click Password.
On the Add Password to ... window, enter and confirm the new password and then click OK.
On the Document Details window click Save and Close.
