When editing/adding a job in SQL Jobflow Manager, the below error may occur.
To resolve this error message, the following SQL query will need to be run on the relevant HandiSoft SQL database in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
If you are unfamiliar with the use of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, you may require the assistance of your IT technician or SQL Server Administrator.
Ensure there is a working backup of the SQL data before running this script.
Ensure all users have exited out of all HandiSoft programs.
Run the following SQL query on the appropriate database:
delete from wf_task
where ID >= 104758
Note: Replace the ID number with the number specified in the error.
4. Once the query has been run, open Jobflow Manager and check that the issue has been resolved. If unhappy with the result, revert to the backup.
