Upon opening Document Manager, if the following error occurs 'List index out of bounds (-1)' and the client folders are missing, a rebuild is recommended. Where possible and to avoid downtime, consider running the rebuild directly on the server after hours as users are required to exit all HandiSoft programs during this process.
