Why is the incorrect receipt is printing?

If you find when printing a receipt, HandiTrust prints all receipts.

  1. Go to View, Receipts

  2. Ensure the Client column displays a Client Reference and that the Receipt No column shows a unique receipt number.

  3. If the receipt is the same or there is no Client reference, the program may print multiple receipts

  4. Enter missing information.
