HandiTrust - Receipt is printing incorrectly in HandiTrust

If you find that when printing a receipt, all receipts are printed.

  1. Log in to HandiTrust.

  2. Go to View, Receipts.

  3. Ensure the Client column displays a Client Reference and that the Receipt No column shows a unique receipt number.

  4. If the receipt is the same or there is no Client reference, the program may print multiple receipts.

  5. Enter missing information.
