HandiTrust - Activate a card in HandiTrust

HandiTrust allows a single client (or single firm) to have multiple Trust Cards. The number of bank accounts, firms, and activities that you establish in HandiTrust will determine how many Trust Cards each client and firm will have. A new Trust Card is created for every combination of client, bank account, firm and activity. Trust Cards are created automatically when you record a transaction and cannot be created manually.

Activating an inactive trust card

  1. Log in to HandiTrust.

  2. From the View menu, click Cards.

  3. Highlight the specific card and click Active.

Trust Card has a blank reference number

Trust Cards are created automatically when you record a transaction and cannot be created manually. When a Trust Card is created for the firm due to a transaction with either handling or service fees or a transaction for a firm receipt or payment, it will not have a Client Reference number allocated to its card.
