HandiTrust - Missing Quote error when printing receipts in HandiTrust

When printing or viewing a receipt in HandiTrust the below error relating to the receipt layout may occur.

Missing Quote error
  1. Log in to HandiTrust.

  2. Go to Options, General, and take note of the layout selected in the Receipt line.

  3. Go to Reports, Edit Reports.

  4. Find the receipt layout noted above and click Design.

  5. Fix the custom layout by ensuring all details are correctly entered in each cell.

  6. Alternatively, create a new layout or use a HandiSoft master layout to print receipts.
