To change from the default letterhead in HandiTrust, follow the steps below:
Log in to HandiTrust.
Go to Reports and Edit Reports, then find the master Letterhead.
Highlight Letterheads and then click on Copy.
Give your Letterhead a name so that you can find it on this list and then click Save.
Once you have saved your letterhead it should be the one that is highlighted now, click on Design.
Change all of these details to your company details by double clicking in each cell and making sure to leave the quotation marks around each cell.
Once you have made the changes, click Reports and then click Save. Once saved, click Close.
Close the Report Writer box.
Go to Options and General and click on the ellipses button at the end of the Letterhead box.
Highlight your Company letterhead and click on Select and then OK in the next box. The Company letterhead should appear on your reports.
