When printing or viewing a receipt in HandiTrust the below error may occur:
This error relates to the receipt layout.
Go to Options, General, take note of the layout selected in the Receipt line.
Go to Reports, Edit Reports, find the receipt layout noted above and click Design.
Fix the custom layout by ensuring all details are correctly entered in each cell.
Alternatively, create a new layout or use a HandiSoft master layout to print receipts.
