If this XBRL error occurs, please raise a new case online, reference the title of this article and provide the following:
A PDF of the error report.
The electronic data file.
To send the data, tag the client return (and all related returns eg. Spouse, beneficiary, trust) in your HandiTax program.
Press F6 on your keyboard to ensure that they are the only tagged returns.
Go to Tools, Copy tagged clients to disk/email, Disk/Directory, Browse to your desktop, save the files to your desktop.
The files will be called clients.XXd and returns.XXd.
Attach both data files to the case.
